Go to the [Wallet] tab, click the [Receive] button and select a token to receive
Or you can also go to the [Wallet] tab, select a token to receive and click the [Receive] button
A deposit address will be issued and make sure which network of the token is supported on NEOPIN.
Once you send tokens to the deposit address, the tokens will be transferred to your wallet after the transaction is completed.
Please be sure to confirm the address and network before sending. Loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.
Depositing a token to an address other than the one issued or to the wrong network will result in the loss of the asset.
On the [Wallet] tab, click the [Send] button and select a token to send
Or you can also go to the [Wallet] tab, select a token to send and click the [Send] button
Select the network of the token you want to send. Ensure the network of the token before sending.
Enter the address you wish to send to or scan the address QR code.
Enter the quantity to be sent.
After reviewing the estimated summary, confirm the transaction with PIN Code to complete the transfer request.
Be sure to check the address and network to be transferred before sending. Any loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.
You cannot send tokens to your own address.
By default, the token list consists of 11 tokens: NPT, ETH, KLAY, npKLAY, npETH, MATIC, TRX, MBX, BORA, SSX and USDT.
Click the [+] button at the top right corner of the token list on the home screen.
Browse and select the token(s) you want to add to your NEOPIN wallet under "Hidden Tokens" section.
You can only add token(s) that are on the list. If you cannot find your token, it is not yet supported by NEOPIN.

Click the toggle button on the left side of the token you want to add, and now you will be able to see the token on your asset list of the [Wallet]
To hide the tokens from your asset list, simply untoggle the button next to the asset you want to hide.
To change the order of the list
Tab [Reorder] button on the top right in the Manage tokens section. Select and hold the token to change the order
Once the token selection is highlighted, move it up or down to change the order
Select [Confrim] button on the top right to apply the change.
Various multi-chain NFTs are supported in NEOPIN. You can manage your NFTs and find the NFT details as follows:
Go to the [Wallet] tab > [NFT] tab
Browse the NFT collection name in the search bar and select the NFT collection.

You can check the transaction history via block explorer.
In your NFT Collection, click the the [Receive] button
A deposit address will be issued and make sure which network of the NFT is supported on NEOPIN.
Once you send NFT to the deposit address, the NFT will be transferred to your wallet after the transaction is completed.
Please be sure to confirm the address and network before sending. Loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.

Please check your NFT collection name and contract information to confirm that your NFT is supported in NEOPIN before making a transaction. Loss caused by sending an unsupported NFT to NEOPIN cannot be recovered.
In your NFT Collection, select the NFT you want to send, and click the the [Send] button
Enter the address or scan the address QR code.
Click the [Send] button
After reviewing the summary, confirm the transaction with PIN Code to complete the transfer request.

You cannot send tokens to your own address.
If you have a frequently sending address, you can use Address Book feature
You can connect NEOPIN Wallet to use NEOPIN services on the web. Please follow the steps below to connect your wallet to the web for full access to the NEOPIN Web services.
Redirect to NEOPIN Web
Click on the [Connect Wallet] button in the upper right corner of the NEOPIN Web to activate the QR code.
Open the NEOPIN App and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

Go to the [Wallet] tab > click the QR Code icon in the upper left corner, or go to the [Settings] tab > go to the [NEOPIN Wallet Connect] tab > and click the [Connect Wallet] button
Scan the QR code with the camera running.
Click the [Connect] button on the confirmation page to complete the connection
4. You are now ready to use the NEOPIN service on the web.
Approve is the smart contract process that grants users the right to access the product and is required only once, the first time they use the product. After the Approve process, you can continue with the product.
If you are using the product with tokens for the first time, the [Approve] button will appear. (Staking products interacts with the native coin of the networks, which does not require this process)
Click the [Approve] button
After reviewing the transaction summary, click the [Approve] button
Once the transaction is completed, click the [Confirm] button to proceed to use the product.
Networks like Ethereum and Polygon can set the transaction fees (gas costs). The shorter the transaction time is, the higher the fee becomes. (Fees may vary depending on network congestion and network conditions). In addition, as the transaction requests could take a moment to be confirmed, you can adjust your gas fee to speed up or cancel your transaction.
Click the "Edit icon" button next to the gas fee in Estimated Summary.
"Edit gas fee" window appears.
Select the gas fee option, “Standard”, “Slow” or “Express”.
Click the [Confirm] button to apply the fee.
Go to the [Wallet] tab and select a "Clock icon" button on the top right conner to see the transaction activities.
Click the [Speed Up] button of the transaction you want to speed up
Select the gas fee to speed up the transaction and click the [Confirm] button
Enter the PIN Code and once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the transaction speed up request is complete.
Go to the [Wallet] tab and select a "Clock icon" button on the top right conner to see the transaction activities
Click the [Cancel] button of the transaction you want to cancel
Select the gas fee to cancel the transaction and click the [Confirm] button
Enter the PIN Code and once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the transaction speed up request is complete.
Once you create a NEOPIN wallet, you can generate up to 20 different multichain wallet addresses under the same UID. Each wallet is independent, with unique addresses and private keys. Manage your assets more efficiently with multiple multi-chain addresses, all within a single application.
Go to [Wallet] tab and select the address section at the top center to access to the Switch Wallet page
Select [Add Wallet] > [Add NEOPIN Wallet] button
Review the list of available wallets and select the one you would like to add (distinguished by their EVM addresses)
Enter the PIN Code and complete the authentication process to use your wallet.

Notes:
Membership information and governance voting powers are tied to each individual wallet address. Therefore, each wallet may have different membership benefits and governance voting powers.
If you reinstall or delete the application data, you'll need to re-add any previously added wallets. (No worries, your assets are on-chain and safe!) However, be sure to securely store the recovery phrase of your wallet and import the same one to regain access to them.
You can edit the nickname or delete your wallets by selecting [Manage] button on the top right of the Switch Wallet page.
NEOPIN Wallet supports the import of external wallets using the recovery phrase or private key. You can easily import your existing wallets other than NEOPIN and manage all your assets within NEOPIN, a one-stop non-custodial DeFi protocol.
Go to [Wallet] tab and select the address section at the top center to access to the Switch Wallet page.
Select [Add Wallet] > [Add existing Wallet] button and select the network of the wallet to import.
Set the nickname to the wallet and enter your Recovery Phrase or Private Key.
Select [Import Wallet] button, Enter the PIN Code and complete the authentication process to use your imported wallet.
Notes:
You cannot import wallets generated from NEOPIN with this method. If you wish to use a different NEOPIN Wallet, you'll need to delete and reinstall the application, then import your wallet followingSign in (Import Wallet). Be sure to store your recovery phrase or private key in a safe place before reinstalling the wallet.

Tab the "3 dots" of your newly added wallet and select the network of your wallet to check the private key
Each network has different wallet address and private key, so please select the network of the wallet you would like to export
Enter your PIN Code and complete with authentication process
Take a note of the Private Key of the wallet and make sure to store them in a safe and secure place
Make sure NO ONE IS AROUND when you view your private key. It is the key to accessing your wallet, and anyone with access to the private key can control the assets within the wallet. In other words, if you lose your private key, you will lose access to your assets in that wallet.
