How to Send and Receive assets on NEOPIN

1. Receive

1. Go to the [Wallet] tab, click the [Receive] button and select a token to receive

  • Or you can also go to the [Wallet] tab, select a token to receive and click the [Receive] button

2. A deposit address will be issued and make sure which network of the token is supported on NEOPIN.

3. Once you send tokens to the deposit address, the tokens will be transferred to your wallet after the transaction is completed.

  • Please be sure to confirm the address and network before sending. Loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.

  • Depositing a token to an address other than the one issued or to the wrong network will result in the loss of the asset.

2. Send

2-1. Send

1. On the [Wallet] tab, click the [Send] button and select a token to send

  • Or you can also go to the [Wallet] tab, select a token to send and click the [Send] button

2. Select the network of the token you want to send. Ensure the network of the token before sending.

  1. Enter the address you wish to send to or scan the address QR code.

  2. Enter the quantity to be sent.

  3. After reviewing the estimated summary, confirm the transaction with PIN Code to complete the transfer request.

  • Be sure to check the address and network to be transferred before sending. Any loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.

  • You cannot send tokens to your own address.

2-2. Address Book

Addresses used previously to send tokens are automatically saved in the address book. Frequently used addresses can be used faster and more conveniently by setting them as favorites or by adding nicknames.

1. Click the [Address Book] icon next to the "To (address)".

2. Select the address you wish to send to.

3. You can set the nickname or mark the frequently used addresses as favorites.

4. Ensure that the nickname next to the [Address Book] icon and the address is correct before confirming the transaction.

3. Manage Token

By default, the token list consists of 11 tokens: NPT, ETH, KLAY, npKLAY, npETH, MATIC, TRX, MBX, BORA, SSX and USDT.

3-1. Add Token

1. Click the [+] button at the top right corner of the token list on the home screen.

2. Click [+ Add token] button, Browse and select the token(s) you want to add to your NEOPIN wallet.

  • You can only add token(s) that are on the list. If you cannot find your token, it is not yet supported by NEOPIN.

  • If you would like NEOPIN to support a particular token, please suggest via help@neopin.io

3. Click the [Add] button and you will find your token in the token list

3-2. Edit Token List

To change the order of the list

1. Select and hold the token to change the order

2. Once the token selection is highlighted, move it up or down to change the order

To hide token(s) from the list

1. The [Hide] button appears only if you have added additional tokens from the default token list.

2. Click the [Hide] button.

3. Select the token(s) you want to hide.

4. Click the [Confirm] button

4. NFT

Various multi-chain NFTs are supported in NEOPIN. You can manage your NFTs and find the NFT details as follows:

  1. Go to the [Wallet] tab > [NFT] tab

  2. Browse the NFT collection name in the search bar and select the NFT collection.

  3. You can access your NFTs with their transaction history and information.

  • Depositing a token to an address other than the one issued or to the wrong network will result in the loss of the asset.

4-1. Receive

  1. In your NFT Collection, click the the [Receive] button

  2. A deposit address will be issued and make sure which network of the NFT is supported on NEOPIN.

  3. Once you send NFT to the deposit address, the NFT will be transferred to your wallet after the transaction is completed.

  • Please be sure to confirm the address and network before sending. Loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.

  • Depositing a token to an address other than the one issued or to the wrong network will result in the loss of the asset.

  • Please check your NFT collection name and contract information to confirm that your NFT is supported in NEOPIN before making a transaction. Loss caused by sending an unsupported NFT to NEOPIN cannot be recovered.

4-2. Send

  1. In your NFT Collection, select the NFT you want to send, and click the the [Send] button

  1. Enter the address or scan the address QR code.

  2. Click the [Send] button

  1. After reviewing the summary, confirm the transaction with PIN Code to complete the transfer request.

  • Be sure to check the address and network to be transferred before sending. Any loss caused by sending to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered for any reason.

  • You cannot send tokens to your own address.

  • If you have a frequently sending address, you can use Address Book feature

5. [Web] Connect your NEOPIN Wallet

To use NEOPIN services on the web, you need to connect your NEOPIN Wallet first. Please follow the steps below to connect your wallet to the web for full access to the NEOPIN Web services.

Redirect to NEOPIN Web

  1. Click on the [Connect Wallet] button in the upper right corner of the NEOPIN Web to activate the QR code.

  1. Open the NEOPIN App and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

  1. Scan the QR Code in the NEOPIN App

  • Go to the [Wallet] tab > click the QR Code icon in the upper right corner

  • Or go to the [Settings] tab > go to the [NEOPIN Wallet Connect] tab > and click the [Connect Wallet] button

  • Scan the QR code with the camera running.

  • Click the [Connect] button on the confirmation page to complete the connection

4. You are now ready to use the NEOPIN service on the web.

6. Approve

Approve is the smart contract process that grants users the right to access the product and is required only once, the first time they use the product. After the Approve process, you can continue with the product.

How to Approve

1. If you are using the Swap/Pool/Bridge product for the first time, the [Approve] button will appear.

2. Click the [Approve] button

3. After reviewing the transaction summary, click the [Approve] button

4. Once the transaction is completed, click the [Confirm] button to proceed to use the Swap/Pool/Bridge product.

7. Transaction

Networks like Ethereum and Polygon can set the transaction fees (gas costs). The shorter the transaction time is, the higher the fee becomes. (Fees may vary depending on network congestion and network conditions). In addition, as the transaction requests could take a moment to be confirmed, you can adjust your gas fee to speed up or cancel your transaction.

7-1. Set Gas Fee

1. Click the [Edit] icon button next to the gas fee in Estimated Summary.

2. "Edit gas fee" window appears.

3. Select the gas fee option, “Standard”, “Slow” or “Express”. You can enter a customized amount of gas fee in the “Custom” section

4. Click the [Confirm] button to apply the fee.

7-2. Speed Up the transaction

1. Go to the [Wallet] tab and select a token to see the transaction history

2. Click the [Speed Up] button of the transaction you want to speed up

3. Select the gas fee to speed up the transaction and click the [Confirm] button

4. Enter the PIN Code and once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the transaction speed up request is complete.

7-3. Cancel the transaction

1. Go to the [Wallet] tab and select a token to see the transaction history

2. Click the [Cancel] button of the transaction you want to cancel

3. Select the gas fee to cancel the transaction and click the [Confirm] button

4. Enter the PIN Code and once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the transaction speed up request is complete.
