# \[Web] Stake Guide

## 1. Connect your wallet

To use the Stake service on the NEOPIN Web, you need to connect your  wallet first. \
Click the \[Connect Wallet] button and select the wallet you would like to connect. \

## 2. Stake

1. Go to the **\[Staking]** tab

2. Select a product to stake and proceed to the product detail pages
3. After carefully reviewing the product information, click the **\[Stake]** button

4. Enter the amount to stake and click the **\[Stake]** button
   * Please make sure to review and agree to the "Terms of Use" before staking.
   * Review the "Estimated Stake" and then click the **\[Confirm]** button. A confirmation request screen will appear in the NEOPIN App.

5. After reviewing the transaction summary, please confirm the transaction in your connected wallet.&#x20;

   * If you are using the NEOPIN App, a confirmation request screen will appear in the NEOPIN App. After reviewing the transaction summary, click the **\[Confirm]** button in the NEOPIN App and enter the PIN Code to complete the staking process.&#x20;
   * Once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the Stake is complete.&#x20;

> Notes:
>
> * Some products are only available at the NEOPIN App.&#x20;
> * The expected APR for Stake is determined by the chain inflation, and the changed APR will be updated and displayed in the Stake product information.
> * Staked assets cannot be deposited, withdrawn or traded.
> * There is a minimum amount required to stake depending on the product.
> * After your staking request, There may be a waiting time depending on the network situation.

## 3. Unstake

1. Go to the **\[Staking]** tab

2. Review the details of your staked products.&#x20;
3. Click the **\[Unstake]** tab on the left.

4. Enter the amount you want to unstake and click the **\[Unstake]** button

   * Please make sure to review and agree to the "Terms of Use" before proceeding with unstaking.

5. Review the "Estimated Unstake" and then click the **\[Confirm]** button. A confirmation request screen will appear in the NEOPIN App.

6. Please confirm the transaction in your connected wallet.&#x20;
   * If you are using the NEOPIN App, a confirmation request screen will appear in the NEOPIN App. After reviewing the transaction summary, click the **\[Confirm]** button in the NEOPIN App and enter the PIN Code to complete the unstaking process.&#x20;
   * Once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the Unstake reqest is complete.&#x20;

## 4. Claim Rewards

1. Go to **My Wallet** > **\[Portfolio]** tab > **\[Stake]** tab

2. Click the **\[Claim]** button on Withdrawal Queue and select the token you wish to claim&#x20;

3. Review the "Summary" and then click the **\[Claim]** button. A confirmation request screen will appear in the NEOPIN App.

4. Please confirm the transaction in your connected wallet.&#x20;
   * If you are using the NEOPIN App, a confirmation request screen will appear in the NEOPIN App. After reviewing the transaction summary, click the **\[Confirm]** button in the NEOPIN App and enter the PIN Code to complete the process.&#x20;
   * Once the PIN Code is successfully authenticated, the reward claim request is complete.&#x20;

> Notes:
>
> * For Liquid Stake products and ETH Stake products, unstaked amounts and rewards are shown together in the list.
> * For products with multiple rewards, each reward is accumulated separately and each reward is transferred to your wallet each time you claim the reward.
> * If the user's wallet address does not have enough tokens to cover the transaction fee, the claim cannot be made.
> * The longer the claim cycle with fewer transactions you make, the lower the fees.
> * Depending on the unique characteristics of each network, there may be a time limit or delay for claiming rewards for each product.&#x20;
